1. Acceptance

By connecting your Ethereum wallet, submitting a URL, and minting an NFT through this platform, you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service and the License below.

2. Service Function

• You provide a public URL.

• The system captures a screenshot automatically using a headless browser.

• The screenshot and a Certificate of Authenticity (with technical details such as time, device, and method of capture) are permanently stored on a decentralized network (e.g., Arweave).

• An NFT referencing these files is minted to your wallet.

3. Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the URL you submit and any content captured.

• You confirm you have the right to tokenize or reuse the content.

• You accept that all screenshots are public, immutable, and permanent.

• The Operator provides infrastructure only and assumes no liability for third-party claims relating to the content.

4. Frame License Agreement

This License applies to all NFTs minted from the contract at 0xd628A29663f361e1144476f7cB286aeE89A3538e.

4.1 License Granted

The lawful holder of an NFT is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Use, display, and share the screenshot associated with that NFT.

• Transfer this license automatically when the NFT is sold or transferred.

4.2 Limitations

• This license covers only the screenshot file and its Certificate of Authenticity.

• It does not grant ownership or rights to third-party content that appears in the screenshot.

• The license ends if the NFT is burned or the holder ceases to own it.

4.3 Disclaimer

The screenshot is provided “as is.” No warranties are given. The Operator does not guarantee the legality of underlying content.

5. Permanence & Refunds

Screenshots and certificates are permanently stored on decentralized networks and cannot be altered or deleted. No refunds or reversals are possible once a screenshot is minted.

6. International Use

This service is offered worldwide. By using it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Frame License, regardless of your country of residence. The governing law is England and Wales, and disputes shall be resolved by its courts. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.

The Operator may restrict access from certain jurisdictions if required by law or regulation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and License are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
