What do I need?

Before minting your first screenshot NFT, ensure you have an Ethereum wallet, Metamask extension for your browser, and some ETH for gas fees.

Why use Metamask?

Metamask is a secure browser extension that manages your Ethereum wallet and enables smooth NFT minting transactions.

How much ETH is needed?

At the moment, ScreeNFT does not charge a minting fee.
You only pay the Ethereum network (gas) fee.

In MetaMask, you can choose a “Low” / slower transaction option (turtle icon 🐢).
When selecting this option, the gas fee is often just a few cents.

For example, a recent transaction cost:
0.000013 ETH (≈ $0.04)

Gas fees vary depending on network conditions and speed preference.

ScreeNFT is run as a low-cost, public-good service.
If donations are insufficient to cover operational costs, a very small service fee may be introduced in the future.

Can I mint without wallet?

No, an Ethereum wallet like Metamask is required to mint and manage your NFT ownership securely.
